This year KNO passed a milestone by conducting the 70th performance-based USAID financed study tour training. These take small groups of government or private industry leaders for specialized studies, typically 1 -2 weeks.
Since 1996, in conjunction with our long-term partner Centrum Dohody, we have successfully met ambitious training objectives with groups from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, Georgia, Macedonia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Serbia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Specialized trainings have focused on over 60 diverse technical areas. These trainings were all funded by USAID, often under subcontract to World Learning or Academy for Educational Development (AED).
